What is Tropic Rewards?

Tropic Rewards is a little extra sunshine for our most loyal guests. Earn 10 points for every $1 spent and collect as many points as you would like to redeem free Tropic faves. Plus, only Tropic Rewards members receive exclusive offers, rewards and Tropic Time news.

How do I join the program?

Joining Tropic Rewards is easy and free. Download the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app via the Apple App Store or Google Play store, or join online at https://www.0rder-troppical.delivery/rewards/. Must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid email address and mobile phone number.

Do my rewards go away?

No. Existing rewards do not go away. Each reward has its own expiration date.

Do my points go away?

No. Points are retained and converted to the current earning rate.

Are there any exclusions on what I can earn points on?

As long as you are signed into your Tropic Rewards account, you earn points on eligible smoothie and food purchases. Points are not earned on gift cards, donations, tips, service or delivery fees, tax, third-party delivery orders, or third-party catering orders.

Can I earn points on previous purchases?

Yes. If you have your receipt, you can scan it within 14 days of your order.

Will my Tropic Rewards account information be kept private?

Your Tropic Rewards account is subject to our Privacy Policy and account information is used in accordance with that policy.

Where is my birthday reward?

Tropic Rewards members receive a birthday reward on the birthday associated with their account. Look for your birthday reward in the Tropical Smoothie Cafe app or online at checkout. Terms and conditions apply.
